Membership Terms and Conditions:
Minimum of 1-year membership from sign up and payment date.
The first case/s of wine will be dispatched within 7-10 days upon membership sign up.
Each case/s thereafter will be dispatched as per the new release of the wines relevant to your membership.
Two weeks notification will be given prior to shipments after the initial membership sign up.
Any prices changes will be notified prior to shipment.
10 days' written notice is required prior to the scheduled delivery to cancel or amend your membership details.
You are obliged to notify Burn Cottage Vineyard of any changes to delivery address or credit card details.
Order dispatch dates may vary each year depending on vintage and bottling dates.
Membership is non-refundable, or transferrable.
You consent to your details being added to our customer database to receive upcoming correspondence.
You must be 18 years or older
Burn Cottage reserves the right to amend prices. You will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days prior to your next shipment.
Vineyard/winery tastings are subject to availability. Bookings essential.
